What is coaching?

The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as “a partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.”

Simply put, coaching is about being a partnercoming alongside someone who is “stuck.”  Unlike counselors, consultants, trainers, or mentors, coaches don’t set out to dissect someone's past, diagnose their problems, advise them on solutions, adhere to a set curriculum, or provide a stellar example for them to imitate.  Rather, coaches meet the client in their present, listen to their vision for the future, help them clarify necessary action steps, and provide accountability as they work toward their goals.

In coaching, you are in the driver's seat. And I'm right here beside you, celebrating your success, as you move from where you are to where you want to be.  I believe that you have your very own answers and I look forward to having a front row seat as you uncover them and move one step closer toward the life you were born to live!
